Gamboa’s True Identity Lingers Over Utah Community

A Tragic Turn in the ‘No Kings’ Protest: What Really Happened?
On June 14, thousands of demonstrators gathered across the country to voice their opposition to Donald Trump’s immigration policies. The atmosphere was tense, with protesters from various organizations coming together to make their voices heard. But in an instant, a senseless tragedy unfolded, leaving one demonstrator dead and another injured.
The man responsible for creating the situation that led to the fatal shooting has been taken into custody, identified as 24-year-old Arturo Gamboa. According to police authorities, Gamboa’s actions inadvertently led to the death of Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, a bystander who was shot by a peacekeeping staff member during the protest.
A Designated Peacekeeper’s Actions Raise More Questions Than Answers
The incident has left many questions unanswered. Who hired the peacekeeping team that the shooter belonged to? What was their training prior to the event, and how did they respond in such a critical situation? These are just some of the questions that still need to be answered.
According to police reports, the shooting occurred when a man dressed in a brightly colored vest fired three shots from a handgun at Gamboa, inflicting minor injuries but fatally shooting Ah Loo. The incident sent dozens of protesters running in different directions, with some fleeing into parking garages and nearby businesses for safety.
