There are four product grades on BidFTA:
- Brand New

It is not possible to return open boxes or unverified items. We strongly advise you to inspect the item during preview time.
Damaged
These products are damaged. In the description, we do our best to depict the damage and include many photographs. The functioning and completeness of these items have not to get tested. We strongly advise you to evaluate the object during our preview period. Items that have to get damaged cannot get returned.
During inspection hours, you are always welcome to see any items in an auction. These hours can get in every auction’s notes.
